Keith Leask

Chairman

Keith is one of the original founders of Thames & Newcastle, starting the business in 1986. His background is in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering serving his apprenticeship at the well known C.A. Parsons in the North East working on turbine generator sets for Nuclear power stations before going on to work for several other long established engineering companies including Smiths Meters, Sperry Univac, Johnson Controls, etc. As Construction Director Keith has overall responsibility for managing a project from commencement to completion and has particular experience in the refurbishment of London properties and has worked with numerous VIP’s and European royal families. 

Outside of work Keith is a keen musician and plays the drums many weekends for a jazz and blues band. He also enjoys motor racing and sailing and recently completed the RYA Day Skipper course.

Stanley Leask MCIOB

Commercial Director

Stanley started working for Thames & Newcastle in 1997, originally starting onsite and then moving into an office junior role. Stanley continued working while studying part-time for his BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying and then left to gain experience outside of the company before returning in 2007. Stanley is our commercial director and has overall responsibility for tendering and estimating as well as overseeing procurement and surveying. Stanley has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) since 2007.

Outside of work Stanley enjoys spending time with his young family. He also enjoys going to the gym, mountain biking, road cycling and running as well as being a keen Formula 1 and motor racing fan.

Daniel Ford MCIOB

Construction Director

Dan joined Thames & Newcastle as Construction Director in 2013 and oversees many of our large new build projects but also has a wealth of experience in refurbishment and fit out. Dan has worked for many of the large UK main contractors including Balfour Beatty, Interserve and Kier Group and also worked for a period in the Caribbean on multi-million pound hotel schemes. Dan has an Advanced GNVQ in Engineering and a HNC in Construction Management. He is also a member of the Association of Project Managers (MAPM) a Certificated Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing (CSSW) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB). 

Outside of work Dan enjoys spending time with his growing family and following sports including rugby, Formula 1 and MotoGP.

Andrew Frost

Project Manager

Andy joined Thames & Newcastle in 2017 to create our basement and groundworks specialist structures division. With a wealth of experience in groundworks and engineering Andy manages all aspects of our structures division and day to day project management of many of our sites.

Outside of work Andy enjoys family time and mountain biking trips in the UK and Europe.

Natalie Allen

Aftercare Services & Maintenance Manager

Natalie joined Thames & Newcastle in 2015 to head up our Property Management & Aftercare Services division. She comes from a background in relocation management and is well used to managing properties for corporations and high-net worth individuals. Natalie gained a BA (Joint Hons) in English Literature and Spanish in 2005 from Royal Holloway and is a fluent Spanish speaker having spent a year in Spain teaching English to Spanish students.

In her spare time Natalie enjoys keep fit and playing the piano. Natalie still enjoys reading classic novels and also socialising with friends.

Geri Kirilova

Office Manager

Geri has worked at Thames & Newcastle since 2014 and is a key member of the team keeping everyone highly organised. Geri has a strong background in construction administration in the contracting and recruitment arenas. She is also a qualified English Language teacher and has a BA in English Language having specialised in European and American literature.

Geri has a keen interest in all things artistic and creative and is especially fond of cross-stitch. She also enjoys reading and travelling to new places.

Jonathan Worth

New Business Manager

Jonathan comes from a background in shipping and banking, starting out in the Merchant Navy at 16 before moving into freight forwarding and international export. Jonathan later progressed into international trade finance and commodity trading but has been involved in marketing in the construction industry since 2004. Jonathan maintains links with all of our clients and is instrumental in the growth of the business.

In his spare time Jonathan has a keen interest in politics and enjoys travel.
